Dave Spaulding: Dave has been a Class A member of the Professional Golfers Association of America since 1981. Dave has been teaching private instruction, clinics, junior programs and corporate outings since 1975.
Through out his competitive professional golf career Dave competed in the British Open, Asian Tour, the European Tour, the Florida Tour, and various others Tours throughout the World.

Course Superintendent

Jason Gunnare: Jason has been with the project since the shaping and grow in of the course began! He has done a superior job of keep the course in first rate shape. Jason lives in Tyler with his wife Rebecca & 3 children.

Club House Manager

Jim Munson: Jim will greet you with a smile, schedule your group outing, Tee Time, or answer any questions you may have. Jim has been involved in the project since the beginning. Jim lives in Tracy with his wife Mary.   

Development Superintendent

Larry Pires: Larry is a Co-Owner of Savannah Oaks Golf Club and Affinity Hills Estates. He duties include coordinating the development of the residential lots in this Golf Course Community.

Marketing Coordinator

Pam Severson: Pam has been involved in the marketing and the sale of the residential lot sales since the recording of the first platt. This Golf Community is the place to live where you play in Southwest Minnesota! She will give you a personal tour of the development to assist you in making Affinity Hills Estates at Savannah Oaks your new home. We have bare improved lots available, Town Homes under construction, several model homes to be built, or she can assist with making your dream floor plan a reality.
