We Offer Following Services for your tournament: 

• 9 or 18 holes of golf with a shared cart

• A cart for the tournament organizer

• Additional carts for non tournament participants can be requested, must be requested and guaranteed 2 weeks in advance

• A planner to assist in pre-tournament planning and coordination including dates, format, contests, gifts, signage, & more

• Provide a welcome letter for you to give to all participants prior to the outing, along with a day of the tournament letter with tournament details

• Score card with players name (please provide these three days prior to the event) and hole assignment

• Photos of each team Participating that will be e-mailed after the tournement

• Participants may pre-golf prior to the event for a discounted rate: 9 holes & shared cart $20.00 or 18 holes & shared cart $32.00 with a Tee time and paid registration. The days will vary depending on the day of your tournament

• 10% off at the Pro Shop for all Tournament participants

• Sleeve of golf balls for each Tournament participant

• Chipping and putting practice greens

• Hole in One insurance for par 3 sponsors can be arranged

• On course beverage services- no outside food or beverages will be allowed on the course

• E-mail results of the tournament to all participants

• A minimum of 36 golfers is required for a shot gun start

• Drink tickets for your outing

• Range Balls included in your tournament package

• Box lunch of a sub sandwich, chips, fruit, & cookie for all participants

• Post tournament meal with many different meat and side choices Please reference the menu accompanying this flyer

• We can have balls, towels, bag tags, shirts, etc. branded with your logo for your Event (with proper lead time)

• Pre-outing Clinic by our PGA Professional, Dave Spaulding-Great way to get those first time golfers to participate (aprox 1 hour)

• Golf Clinic prior to the tournament by our PGA Professional (aprox 1 hour)

• Trick Shot show at the conclusion of the tournament by our PGA Pro Dave Spaulding
