Each individual lot has a hook up stubbed into the curb. There is an initial connection fee paid to LPRW, once connected the water billing is paid to the City, along with the sewer and garbage. Telephone and high speed DSL service is provided by Frontier. There are covenants for the Four Phases that have been recorded please follow the link provided.
